Apollon Fanzeres is a highly Experienced Global Supply Management Executive with a proven track record in achieving organizational profitability through transformation and innovation. He has led and inspired cross-functional, cross-divisional, and multi-cultural teams to excel. Skilled in analyzing existing talent and operations in implementing strategies to improve organizational health.
He Joined Laureate in 2015 to serve as Chief Procurement Officer, where he led the transformation of the function to a unified, collaborative global organization that delivered multi-million dollar sustainable working capital improvements. In 2018 Apollon assumed the responsibility for the organization's Real estate and Facilities group. Before joining Laureate, he was Vice President, Global Supply Chain for SODEXO, and served in several global procurement leadership roles at Dentsply and Merck KGaA in Germany.

Apollon holds a Master in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/ Chemistry from Minnesota State University. He has been a keynote speaker at many business conferences and contributed to several business publications. He is an Advisor Board Member to startups and active in several professional and non-profit organizations, most notably the Institute of Supply Management (ISM). He has lived and worked in Europe, South America, and North America and has knowledge of French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
